TERMS OF SERVICE
**By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my full TOS. Full extended terms are listed
on this google document. **Extended terms include specific information about commercial usage qualifiers, split payment information, revision information and more. This page is to give the basic rundown with the most important points for those considering commissioning me! Please read full terms before ordering. Thank you ♥

Your commission will be sent as a digital good. There is no physical product to be delivered.
You must credit me appropriately when reposting/using the commission.
You may only use the commission for private usage. Commercial use incurs additional fees and discussions.
You may not under any circumstance mint a commission I do for you as an NFT, or feed it into AI generators.
I may decline a commission prior to payment being sent at any point, and this can be for any reason, even undisclosed.
Payment is in USD and sent via Paypal Invoice only.
Split payments available for paintings as the cost is always over $100. If you need a payment plan, please mention & we can discuss options!
Full refunds are only sent if the commission has not begun. Please see full TOS for refund policy.
Characters must have reference images in order to be viable.
All prices listed are initial prices. Additional costs may be applied depending on character & concept complexity!

Ko-fi commissions are something I open up periodically for simpler options, including sketches, lineart & simple render illustrations. They're usually character focused with only simple backgrounds available. All pricing is listed on Ko-fi itself!

The final price of paintings is heavily reliant on the complexity of the character design, the idea, and the hours spent rendering. These prices are calculated at roughly the equivalent of $20/hour. When inquiring about a painting, if you have a set budget/hard limit for pricing, let me know what it is and I can work towards that!I may occasionally post special offers for headshot paintings at a cheaper rate through Kofi.
